APARTMAJI PUNTA
OPIS HIŠE Apartmajska hiša Punta je bila zgrajena l.2001. Nahaja se v lepem, zelenem in mirnem okolju cca 130M od plaže. V hiši se nahaja več samostojnih medsebojno ločenih apartmajev-studijev. Ti so kapacitete od dveh do pet oseb . Vse enote so zračne in svetle. Vsak apartma oz. studio ima svoj lasten balkon ali teraso in zagotovljeno zasebnost. Vsi apartmaji oz. Studii so opremljeni s tendo in polkni za zaščito pred soncem. Nekateri apartmaji oz. studii imajo tudi pogled na morje. Enote so moderno opremljene in izjemno čiste (parket v vseh bivalnih in spalnih prostorih). Vsi apartmaji oz. studii so opremljeni s kuhinjo, v kateri je vsa potrebna oprema (nekateri imajo tudi pomivalni stroj), kopalnico s tušem, SAT TV, klima napravo. Apartma za 4+1 oseb ima dodatno ločeno stranišče. Hiša ima poseben vhod za goste, kar omogoča gostom maksimalno zasebnost. Vsaka bivalna enota ima pred hišo zagotovljeno eno parkirno mesto. Objekt je namenjen gostom, ki si želijo nekoliko višji kakovostni razred, ter prijetno in mirno bivanje z veliko mero zasebnosti in miru v nočnem času. Dokaz temu je redno vračanje gostov, več kot 50% v vsaki sezoni. Vsake tri dni se gostom po potrebi zamenjajo brisače. Posteljnina na vsake sedem dni. Vsak apartma oz. studio je opremljen tudi z čistili, krpami za kuhinjo in kopalnico, vrečkami za smeti in podobno. Okolica hiše je lepo urejena z veliko zelenja in vedno čista. Objekt je tudi opremljen z lastno čistilno in mehčalno napravo vode,kar pomeni da je le ta absolutno zdrava in pitna.
OPIS posameznih enot:
Namenjen je parom , ki si želijo tudi lastno kuhinjo. Opremljen je z zakonsko posteljo, foteljem, SAT TV, klima napravo, kuhinjo z vso opremo, kopalnico s tušem ter zunanjim balkonom ali pri nekaterih s teraso. Prav tako imajo nekateri tudi ločeno kuhinjo od spalnega dela. Možno je po dogovoru tudi postaviti otroško posteljo za majhne otroke.
Studio je nekoliko večje kvadrature cca 27 m2 za dve osebi in je namenjen tistim, ki si želijo nekoliko bolj komfortno bivanje oz. družinam z enim otrokom do cca 10 let. Studio je opremljen z zakonsko posteljo, malim regalčkom , raztegljivim dvosedom, kompletno opremljeno kuhinjo(tudi s pomivalnim strojem) SAT TV, klima napravo, kopalnico s tušem ter teraso (8 m2).
Apartma za 2 + 2 oseb Apartma se nahaja v pritličju hiše in ima svoj vrt oz. teraso. Velikost je cca 40 m2 in je namenjen 4 osebam. Apartma ima dnevno sobo z jedilnico, popolnoma opremljeno kuhinjo, ločeno spalnico z zakonsko posteljo, kopalnico s tušem in predsobo. Apartma je opremljen z SAT-TV, klimo, pomivalnim strojem, tendo za zaščito proti soncu...
Apartma je namenjen štiri ali pet članski družini, ki si želi max. komfortno bivanje na dopustu. Površina apartmaja znaša cca 46 m2 + cca 18 m2 terase. Apartma ima dnevno sobo s kuhinjo in jedilnico, dve ločeni spalnici za dve osebi (1x z zakonsko posteljo, enkrat z dvema ločenima posteljama), kopalnico s tušem, ločeno dodatno stranišče ter veliko teraso. Na terasi se nahajata miza in omarica za čevlje. Apartma je opremljen s kompletno kuhinjo (pomivalni stroj), klima napravo, SAT TV, ter gard. omaro v vsaki sobi. V dnevnem prostoru se nahaja raztegljiv trosed.
Otok Krk je največji hrvaški otok in hkrati tudi najbližji otok zahodno-evropskim državam. S kopnem ga povezuje most, kar močno skrajša čas potovanja. Na južni strani otoka Krka se nahaja mesto Punat. Razteza se od notranjosti Puntarskega zaliva, kjer je središče mesta, proti naselju Buka, ki je najnovejši del mesta. Mesto je 8 km oddaljeno od glavnega mesta otoka Krka in cca 60 km od Rijeke, oziroma 30 km od letališča Rijeka na Krku.. Najkrajša pot do Krka z avtomobilom iz smeri zahodne Evrope je preko Slovenije in sicer: Predor Karavanke – Ljubljana – Postojna(Pivka) – mejni prehod Jelšane/Rupa - Rijeka - Kraljevica - Krčki most – Krk- Punat . Na otoku se nahaja tudi letališče Rijeka in je od Punta oddaljeno cca 30 km.
Nekaj krajev in oddaljenost od Krka:
Okolica mesta Punat je zelo prijazna in pokrita z bujno vegetacijo. Od naselja Buka, kjer leži hiša, do središča mesta vodi ob obali sprehajalna pot obdana z drevoredom. Na splošno je naselje mirno, zelo bogato z zelenjem in cvetjem ter lepo urejeno.V bližini je tudi več samopostrežnih trgovin in caffe-jev. Neposredno pod naseljem Buka se nahajajo urejene peščene plaže imenovane »China beach«.
Mesto se bohoti z več kilometri plaže vseh vrst. Mestna plaža je betonirana in je posebej ograjena za neplavalce. Povsod so posajena drevesa, tako da sence ne manjka. Peščene plaže (od nas oddaljene cca 200m) z veliko sence so posebej primerne za manjše otroke, saj se voda poglablja postopoma. Plaža je označena z modro zastavo, kar pomeni da zadostuje vsem varnostnim in higijenskim standardom. Za vse ki imajo radi več zasebnosti pa je na voljo še naravna (kamnita) FKK plaža, ki se razprostira nekje 3 km proti Stari Baški. Na tej naravni plaži se nahajajo manjši zalivčki, ki nudijo veliko zasebnost manjšim skupinam ali parom.
Šport in rekreacija V mestu Punat je veliko možnosti za aktivno preživljanje dopusta. Na plaži se nahaja igrišče za odbojko, vodni športi, ki obsegajo: jet-ski, vožnjo s padalom, vodne banane, tube, smučanje na vodi, pedaline itd… V mestu je tudi teniško igrišče, igrišče za košarko in nogomet, mini golf igrišče, namizni tenis.. Za kolesarske navdušence so na voljo brezmejne poti po celem otoku in tudi možnost najema kolesa ali skuterja. Prav tako je neskončno veliko pohodniških poti za krajše ali daljše pohode na več vrhov otoka Krka. Za adrenalinsko navdahnjene je tu tudi šola potapljanja ter šola jadranja. V Puntarskem zalivu pa se nahaja tudi vsem dobro znani Ski-Lift kompleks, ki privlači »wake boarderje« iz vseh sosednjih držav.
V mestu Punat je za zabavo otrok dobro poskrbljeno. Na plaži se nahajata dva vodna tobogana, napihnjena gumijasta platforma v morju, v mestu so prisotna različna igrala v parku, trampolini, napihnjen grad, električni avtomobilčki…
V puntarskih restavracijah in konobah si lahko privoščite doživetje primorske kuhinje. Sveže ribe in škampi se pripravljajo na starinski način. Neizbežna sestavina puntarske kuhinje je oljčno olje, ki je zastavonoša med vrhunskimi domačimi proizvodi. Pri jedi vam bodo seveda znali postreči z dobrim krškim vinom kjer je posebej znana Vrbniška žlahtina. Na obali so prisotne tudi številne: restavracije, slaščičarne, pekarne in caffe-ji, kjer lahko v miru spijete jutranjo kavico.
Marina Punat leži v Puntarskem zalivu in je prva obstoječa marina na Jadranu. Z izjemno moderno razvito infrastrukturo spada med najboljše na Jadranu. V njej si lahko tudi izposodite motorno plovilo, različnih dimenzij in moči. V marini je tudi nautic-shop, restavracija in par caffe-barov. Za plovila gostov, obstaja možnost priveza ter usluga spuščanja oz. dviganja v samem centru mesta Punat.
Izleti Otok Krk je izjemno bogat z naravnimi lepotami ter kulturno in zgodovinsko dediščino. Posebno priljubljeni so izleti na otoček Košljun, ki leži na sredi Puntarskega zaliva in gosti frančiškanski samostan z muzejem, v katerem so redovniki zbirali in ohranili mnoge vredne predmete. Značilnost otoka Krka so skrite bele peščene plaže, ponavadi dostopne le z morja. V tem primeru lahko najamete Taxi, ki vas tja odpelje. Organizirane so panoramske vožnje, celodnevni izleti z kopanjem, ribarjenjem in uživanjem v sveže ulovljenih ribah. Za tiste, ki jih zanimajo umetnine, so na otoku tudi mnoge galerije.

APARTMENTS PUNTA
The Apartment House Punta was built in 2001. It is located in a beautiful, green and peaceful environment some 130 m from the beach. The house comprises several separated apartments - studios for two to five persons. All units are airy and bright. Each apartment and studio has a balcony or a terrace for guaranteed privacy. All apartments and studios are equipped with a sun awning and window shutters for sun protection. Some apartments or studios are also available with sea view. All units are modernly equipped and extremely clean (with parquet in living and sleeping rooms). All apartments and studios have a fully equipped kitchen (with a dish washer in some of them), bathroom with shower, satellite TV, AC. The apartment for 4+1 persons also has an additional separated WC. The house has a separated entrance for guests, which is ideal for maximum privacy. Each unit has one parking lot in front of the house. The Apartment House Punta offers guests high standard in a pleasant and quiet environment with lots of privacy and night-time peace. Therefore we have loyal guests, who return to us year after year (more than 50 per cent of them). Towels are changed every three days, if desired by the guest. Bed linen every seven days. Each apartment and studio is equipped with cleaning agents, cloths for the kitchen and bathroom, garbage bags etc. The house has a nice and clean garden. The house has a water cleaning and softening device for perfectly clean and drinkable water.
This studio is designed for couples that want a kitchen. It is equipped with a double-bed, sofa, satellite TV, AC, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and balcony or terrace. Some studios have a kitchen, separated from the sleeping area. If desired by the guest, it is possible to get a children’s bed.
This studio is slightly larger (approx. 27 m2 for two persons) and is suitable for guests that want a more comfortable stay or for families with one child under 10. The studio is equipped with a double-bed, small shelf, two-seat sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included), satellite TV, AC, bathroom with shower and terrace (cca 8 m2).
Apartment for 2 + 2 person Apartment is located in groundfloor of the house with terrace and its own garden. It is appropriate for 4 person and approx. 40 m2 in size. The apartment has a living room with dinning area, full equipped kitchen with dishwasher, separate bedroom with double-bed, bathroom with shower and a hallway. Apartment is equpped with a SAT-tv, AIR-condition system, dishwasher, sun awning...
This apartment is suitable for a family with four or five persons, who want to spend their vacation as comfortable as possible. The apartment is approx. 46 m2 in size + approx. 18 m2 of terrace. The apartment has a living room with a kitchen and a dinning area, two separated bedrooms for two persons (one with a double-bed and one with two single-beds), bathroom with shower, separated additional WC and a large terrace. On the terrace there are a table and a shoe cabinet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (with dish washer), AC, satellite TV and a wardrobe in each room. In the living room there is a three-seat sofa-bed.
The Island of Krk is the largest Croatian island and the closest to the West-European countries. It is linked to the inland by a bridge, which shortens the time of the journey. The Town of Punat is situated on the south coast of the island. It stretches from the Punta Bay, where the city centre is, to the Buka Village, which is the newest part of the town. Punat lies some 8 km from the town of Krk and some 60 km from Rijeka and 30 km from the Rijeka airport. f you are coming from West Europe and travelling by car, the shortest way to the Island of Krk is across Slovenia, as follows: Karavanke Tunnel – Ljubljana – Postojna (Pivka) – border crossing Jelšane/Rupa – Rijeka - Kraljevica – Krk Bridge – Krk – Punat. The island also has an airport that is located 30 km from Punat.

The outskirts of Punat are very friendly with lush vegetation. The Buka Village, where this house is, and the city centre are connected by a coastal promenade. The village is peaceful, nice and very green. In the vicinity are also several shops and cafes. Under the Buka Village are clean sandy beaches, so called “China beaches”.
The city is famous for its kilometre long beaches. The city beach is made of concrete with a separated area for non-swimmers. The beach offers enough shades due to the many trees. The very shady sandy beaches (some 200 m from our house) are perfect for little children as the water deepens gradually. The beach is marked with a blue flag, which means, it complies with all safety and hygienic standards. For those of you who prefer privacy there is also a natural (stone made) nudist beach some 3 km towards Stara Baška. This beach has smaller bays and therefore lots of privacy for smaller groups or couples is guaranteed.
Punat offers many possibilities of actively spending your vacation. The beach has a volleyball ground and water sports facilities, e.g.: Jet Ski, water parachute, water bananas, water tubes, water ski, pedal boats etc… In Punat one has also the possibility of playing tennis, basketball, football, mini golf, table tennis… Bicyclists will found almost endless paths through the whole of the island. Bicycles and scooters can also be rented. Numerous hiking paths for shorter or longer hikes to Krk’s hilltops are just perfect. Those of you that want to spend their vacation more actively can attend a diving or sailing school. In the Punta Bay there is a well-known Ski-Lift complex that attracts many “wake boarders” from the neighbouring countries.
In Punat children will find many possibilities on how to spend their time. On the beach there are two water slides, inflated platform in the sea, in the city there are different playgrounds, trampolines, inflated castle, electric cars …
Many Punat’s restaurants and taverns offer the local cuisine. Fresh fish and scampi are prepared in a traditional way. Olive oil is not only an indispensible ingredient of every dish but also the most renowned local product. Do not forget to try the exquisite wine “Vrbniška žlahtina”. The beach is full with restaurants, sweetshops, bakeries and cafes, where you can drink your morning coffee in a peaceful atmosphere.
The Punat Marina in the Punat Bay is the oldest and one of the leading marinas in the Adriatic due to its modern infrastructure. Here you can rent motor boats of different dimensions and power ranges. The Marina also comprises a nautic shop, a restaurant and some cafes. It also has a shipyard.
The Island of Krk is very rich in natural beauties and cultural and historical heritage. Especially popular with tourists is the Islet of Košljun in the centre of the Punat Bay. It is renowned for its Franciscan monastery, which also has a museum, where numerous valuable items are exhibited. The Island of Krk is popular for its white sandy beaches, generally accessible only by boat. You can hire a taxi boat to see them. Tourists can furthermore choose from organised panorama tours, day trips with swimming, fishing and eating. Art lovers will find many galleries on the island.

CARATTERISTICHE DELLA CASA La casa di appartamenti Punta fu edificata nel 2001 e si trova in un'area verde e tranquilla a cca 130m dal mare. La casa dispone di più appartamenti– studii autonomi divisi tra di loro che possono ospitare da 2 a 5 persone. Tutte le unità sono ariose e soleggiate. Ogni appartamento – studio dispone di un balcone o terrazzo e offre la massima riservatezza. Tutti gli appartamenti – studii sono muniti di tenda o scuri per proteggersi dal sole. Alcuni appartamenti – studii godono di vista sul mare. Le unità sono arredate in stile moderno e molto ben tenute (parque nelle camere comuni e da letto). Tutti gli appartamenti – studii dispongono di una cucina ben rifornita (alcune con lavastoviglie), bagno con doccia, TV SAT, climatizzatore. L'appartamento per 4+1 persone ha una seconda toilette. La casa dispone di un'entrata per gli ospiti per offrire la massima riservatezza. Ogni unità ha davanti alla casa il proprio posto macchina. Le unità sono pensate per ospiti che desiderano soggiornare in ambienti di rango superiore, godere di una gradevole e quieta permanenza nella massima riservatezza e riposo nelle ore notturne. Più del 50% dei nostri ospiti comprende persone che ritornano soddisfatte stagione dopo stagione. Gli ospiti possono cambiare gli asciugamani ogni tre giorni e le lenzuola ogni sette giorni. Ogni appartamento – studio ha a disposizione detersivi e spugne per la cucina e il bagno, sacchetti per l’immondizia e altro. I dintorni della casa sono ben curati e comprendono molto verde. L’unità è inoltre munita di un proprio sistema per la pulizia dell’acqua, non c’è perciò il rischio di rimane senza acqua potabile.

La camera si trova al piano terra ed è pensata per ospiti che non necesitanno della cucina o sono con amici, che hanno un’appartamento – studio ma vogliono mantenere la propria riservatezza anche quando in compagnia. L’arredamento comprende un letto matrimoniale, frigorifero, TV SAT, comodini, tavolino, climatizzatore e bagno con doccia. Davanti alla camera si trova un tavolo nascosto da una siepe che divide questo angolino dal cortile.
Studio per due persone Pensato per coppie che necesittano della cucina. L’arredamento comprende un letto matrimoniale, sofà, TV SAT, climatizzatore, cucina con tutto il necessario, bagno con doccia, balcone esterno oppure terrazzo. Alcuni hanno inoltre l’angolo cucina separato dalla parte dove si dorme. Si può inoltre sistemare un ulteriore lettino per bambini più piccoli.
Studio per 2+1 persone Le maggiore superficie dello studio cca 27 m2 lo rendono ideale per persone che vogliono godere di un maggiore confort e per famiglie con un bambino fino a cca 10 anni. L’arredamento comprende un letto matrimoniale, un piccolo armadio a muro, un divano letto per due, cucina con tutto il necessario (alcuni con lavastoviglie), TV SAT, climatizzatore, bagno con doccia e balcone.
L’appartamento e pensato per una famiglia di quattro o cinque membri, che desidera il massimo del confort durante le vacanze. L’appartamento misura cca. 46 m2 + cca. 18 m2 di terrazzo. L’appartamento ha un soggiorno con cucina e angolo da pranzo, due camere da letto separate per due persone (una con letto matrimoniale, l’altra con due letti singoli), bagno con doccia, una seconda toilette e un grande terrazzo. Sul terrazo ci sono un tavolo e una scarpiera. L’arredamento comprende una cucina con tutto il necessario (lavastoviglie), climatizzatore, TV SAT e guardaroba in ogni stanza. Nel salotto c’è un divano letto per tre.
L’isola di Veglia è la più grande tra le isole croate e anche quella più vicina all’Europa occidentale. L’isola e collegata alla terra ferma tramite un ponte che accorcia di molto i tempi di viaggio. La località Ponte di Veglia si trova nella parte meridionale dell’isola. Nella baia di Punta si trova il centro della città che si estende poi verso Buka, la parte nuova della città. Ponte di Veglia si trova a soli 8 km dal capoluogo dell’isola Veglia e a cca 60 km dalla città di Fiume, ossia a 30 km dall’aeroporto Fiume che si trova sull’isola. La via più breve da percorrere quando si viaggia in macchina dall’Europa occidentale attraversa la Slovenia; si passa per: Tunnel Karavanke – Lubiana – Postumia (Pivka) – punto di confine Jelšane/Rupa – Fiume – Porto Re – ponte di Veglia – isola di Veglia – Punat. La distanza di alcune città europee dall’isola di Veglia: Vienna – 530 km; Bratislava – 590 km; Budapest – 580 km; Lubiana – 160 km; Milano – 540 km; Monaco di Baviera – 590 km; Praga – 850 km; Fiume – 60 km; Trieste – 130 km; Zagabria – 220 km.
La città e i suoi dintorni sono coperti da una folta vegetazione che li rende ancora più ospitali. Da Buka, dove si trovano gli appartamenti, passa un sentiero pedonale costeggiato da un viale. La cittadina è molto tranquilla, ricca di verde e fiori che sono sempre ben curati. Nelle vicinanze ci sono anche negozi self-service e caffè. Davanti a Buka si trovano le spiagge sabbiose dette anche “China beach”.
La cittadina vanta chilometri di spiagge di ogni tipo. La spiaggia cittadina è cementata e dedicata espressamente ai non nuotatori. Qui crescono molti alberi perciò tutti potranno trovare un posticino all’ombra. Le spiagge sabbiose (distanti cca 200 m) offrono molta ombra e sono ideali per i bambini più piccoli, dato che la profondità dell’acqua aumenta gradualmente. La spiaggia è contrassegnata dalla Bandiera Blu che garantisce la adempienza agli standard igienici e di sicurezza. Per tutti coloro che preferiscono maggiore privacy, c’è una parte più rocciosa dove si trova una spiaggia naturista FKK che si distende per circa 3 km verso Besca Vecchia (Stara Baška). Lungo questa spiaggia naturale si trovano piccole insenature che offrono assoluta intimità a coppie o piccoli gruppi.
Sport e attività ricreative A Ponte ci sono molte possibilità per vivere una vacanza attiva. Sulla spiaggia si trova un campo di beach volley ma c’è anche la possibilità di praticare diversi sport acquatici: jet-ski, giri in paracadute, banana boats, tubi, sci d’acqua, pedalò ecc. Nella città troverete un campo da tennis, da pallacanestro e da calcio, un campo di mini golf e tennis da tavolo. Per i patiti del ciclismo ci sono innumerevoli piste ciclabili sparse per tutta l’isola e c’è anche la possibilità di noleggiare bici o scuter. Ci sono inoltre tantissimi sentieri pedonali per passeggiate lunghe o brevi verso le diverse vette dell’isola. Per gli amanti delle emozioni più forti c’è una scuola di immersione e una scuola di vela. Nella baia si trova inoltre il ben conosciuto complesso Ski-Lift che attira gli “wake boarder” di molti paesi.
La città offre ai suoi visitatori più giovani molte possibilità di svago. Sulla spiaggia si trovano due scivoli ad acqua, nel mare una piattaforma gonfiabile in gomma, mentre nella città ci sono diversi parchi giochi, trampolini, castelli gonfiabili, automobiline elettriche ...
Offerta culinaria A Punta ci sono ristoranti e trattorie dove potrete gustare le specialità della cucina litoranea. Pesce fresco e scampi sono preparati alla maniera tradizionale, mentre l’olivo d’oliva è un ingrediente immancabile di tutti i piatti come anche la punta di diamante dell’offerta del luogo. I pasti saranno accompagnati da un buon vino dell’isola tra i quali spicca il rinomato vino bianco Vrbnička žlahtina. Sul lungomare sono presenti numerosi ristoranti, pasticcerie, panetterie e caffetterie dove poter gustare in assoluta tranquillità il proprio caffè mattutino.
La Marina di Punat si trova nella baia di Punta ed è stato il primo porto turistico dell’Adriatico. La sua moderna infrastruttura ne fa oggi uno tra i migliori porti turistici di questo mare. Nel porto potrete noleggiare svariate imbarcazioni a motore di diverse dimensioni e potenza. Vi troverete anche un nautic-shop, un ristorante e alcuni caffè bar. Le imbarcazioni dei turisti potranno essere ormeggiate nel porto come anche calate o issate proprio nel centro della città.
L’isola di Veglia è estremamente ricca di bellezze naturali e di un patrimonio culturale e storico invidiabile. Una tra le mete preferite per brevi gite in barca è l’isola di Cassione (Košljun) che si trova all’interno della baia. L’isola ospita un convento francescano con museo, dove i monaci hanno collezzionato e conservato preziosi oggetti sacrali. L’isola di Veglia è rinomata per le sue bianche spiaggie nascoste, alcune raggiungiubili solamente via mare. Per arrivarci basta semplicemente prendere un taxi. C’è inoltre la possibilità di effettuare giri panoramici, diverse gite dove fare il bagno, pescare e poi godere del proprio pescato. Per gli amanti dell’arte, l’isola offre anche numerose gallerie.

APPARTMENT PUNTA
Das Appartementhaus Punta wurde 2001 errichtet. Es liegt in einer schönen, grünen und ruhigen Umgebung ungefähr 130 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Im Haus befinden sich mehrere getrennte Appartements und Studios für zwei bis fünf Personen. Alle Wohneinheiten sind luftig und hell. Jedes Appartement oder Studio hat sein eigenes Balkon oder Terrasse für eine angenehme Privatsphäre. Alle Appartements oder Studios sind mit einer Markise und Fensterläden für einen perfekten Sonnenschutz ausgestattet. Von einigen Appartements oder Studios hat man einen Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohneinheiten sind modern ausgestattet und sauber mit Parkett in allen Wohn- und Schlaffräumen. Alle Appartements oder Studios haben eine Küche, in der Sie alles finden, was Sie benötigen (manche haben auch einen Geschirrspüler), außerdem Badezimmer mit Dusche, Satellitenfernsehen und Klimaanlage. Das Appartement 4+1 hat eine zusätzliche Toilette. Das Appartementhaus hat einen eigenen Gästeeingang, der für Privatsphäre sorgt. Jede Wohneinheit hat einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Das Wohnobjekt ist für Gäste gedacht, die ein höheres Qualitätsniveau erwarten, und einen angenehmen und ruhigen Aufenthalt mit viel Privatsphäre und nächtlicher Ruhe. Als Beweis sei gesagt, dass mehr als 50 % der Gäste wiederkehren. Alle drei Tage werden den Gästen nach Bedarf Badetücher ausgewechselt. Bettwäsche alle sieben Tage. Jedes Appartement oder Studio hat einen Vorrat an Reinigungsmitteln, Geschirrtücher und Lappen, Müllbeutel u. ä. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist freundlich eingerichtet mit viel Grün und sehr sauber. Das Objekt hat eine eigene Reinigungs- und Enthärtungsanlage für Wasser, die für ein gesundes und trinkbares Wasser sorgt.
BESCHREIBUNG der Wohneinheiten Zimmer für zwei Personen Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist für Gäste gedacht, die keine Küche benötigen oder mit Freunden Urlaub machen, die in einem Appartement oder Studio untergebracht sind, und etwas Privatsphäre für sich haben wollen. Im Zimmer befinden sich ein Doppelbett, Zimmerkühlschrank, Satellitenfernsehen, Nachttisch, Tisch, Klimaanlage und Badezimmer mit Dusche. Vor dem Zimmer im Freien ist ein Tisch mit einer grünen Absperrung zum Hof.
Dieses Studio ist für Paare gedacht, die eine eigene Küche wollen. Es ist mit einem Doppelbett, Sessel, Satellitenfernsehen, Klimaanlage ausgestattet, mit komplett eingerichteter Küche und hat ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Balkon oder Terrasse. Außerdem haben manche Wohneinheiten auch eine vom Schlaffbereich abgetrennte Küche. Nach Vereinbarung können wir Ihnen ein Kinderbett herrichten.
Das Studio ist etwas größer (in etwa 27 m2) und ist für zwei Personen gedacht (eventuell mit Kind bis 10 Jahre). Es bietet einen Aufenthalt für gehobene Ansprüche an. Das Studio ist mit einem Doppelbett, kleinem Regal, ausziehbarem 2er Sofa ausgestattet, mit komplett eingerichteter Küche (manche mit Geschirrspüler), Satellitenfernsehen, Klimaanlage, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Balkon.
Das Appartement ist für eine vier- bis fünfköpfige Familie gedacht, die ein Maximum an Komfort beim Aufenthalt erwartet. Das Appartement beträgt ca. 46 m2 + ca. 18 m2 Terrasse. Das Appartement hat ein Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Esszimmer, zwei getrennte Schlaffzimmer für zwei Personen (einmal mit Doppelbett, einmal mit zwei getrennten Betten), Badezimmer mit Dusche, getrennte zusätzliche Toilette und eine große Terrasse. Auf der Terrasse befinden sich ein Tisch und ein Schuhschrank. Das Appartement hat eine komplett eingerichtete Küche (Geschirrspüler), Klimaanlage, Satellitenfernsehen, Schrank in jedem Zimmer. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein ausziehbares 3-er Sofa.
Die Insel Krk ist die größte kroatische Insel und gleichzeitig die am nächsten liegende Insel der Westeuropäischen Staaten. Mit dem Festland verbindet sie eine Brücke, die die Fahrzeit erheblich verkürzt. Am südlichen Teil der Insel Krk liegt die Stadt Punat. Es erstreckt sich von der Bucht von Punat bis zur Siedlung Buka, dem neuen Stadtteil. Punat ist 8 km von Krks Hauptstadt entfernt und etwa 60 km von Rijeka bzw. 30 km vom Flughafen Rijeka auf der Insel Krk.

Die Umgebung der Stadt Punat ist sehr freundlich gestaltet und mit prächtiger Vegetation bedeckt. Von der Siedlung Buka, wo das Appartementhaus liegt, bis zur Stadt führt ein Fußweg am Strand entlang. Die Siedlung ist ruhig, mit prächtiger Vegetation und vielen Blumen und angenehm gestaltet. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Selbstbedienungsläden und Cafes. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Siedlung Buka gibt es Sandstrände genannt „China Beach“.
Die Stadt prangt mit vielen Kilometern an Stränden aller Art. Der Stadtstrand ist betoniert und hat eine spezielle Abgrenzung für Nichtschwimmer. Überall sind viele Bäume, die für einen angenehmen Schatten sorgen. Sandstrände (etwa 200 m vom Appartementhaus entfernt) mit viel Schatten sind besonders geeignet für Kinder, da sich das Wasser nur schrittweise vertieft. Der Strand ist mit einer blauen Fahne markiert, was bedeutet, dass es alle Sicherheits- und Hygienenormen erfüllt. Für alle, die etwas mehr Privatsphäre benötigen, gibt es einen Nudistenstrand (natürlichen Steinstrand), der sich ungefähr 3 km in Richtung Stara Baška erstreckt. Diesen schmucken viele kleine Buchten, die für die gewollte Privatsphäre für Paare oder Gruppen sorgen.
In Punat gibt es viele Möglichkeiten, den Urlaub aktiv zu gestalten. Am Strand gibt es ein Volleyballfeld, weitere Wassersportmöglichkeiten bieten sich an, wie z.B. Jet-Ski, Parasailing, Wasserbanane, Wasserski, Pedalboote usw… In der Stadt gibt es einen Tennisplatz, Basketball- und Fußballplatz, Minigolf, Tischtennis… Für Radfahrer gibt es unendliche Kilometer an Fahrradwegen und die Möglichkeit ein Fahrrad oder Motorrad zu mieten. Außerdem lockt die Insel mit diversen Wanderwegen zu verschiedenen Gipfeln. Für Adrenalinjunkies gibt es eine Tauchschule und eine Segelschule. In der Bucht von Punat gibt es den bekannten Wasser-Ski-Lift, der Wakeboarder aus allen Nachbarländern anlockt.
In Punat ist für Kinder gut gesorgt. Am Strand gibt es zwei Wasserrutschen, eine Schwimminsel im Meer, in der Stadt außerdem verschiedene Spielgeräte, Trampoline, eine aufblasbare Burg, Kinderelektrofahrzeuge.
In den Restaurants und „Konobas“ von Punat können Sie sich von der mediterranen Küche verwöhnen lassen. Frische Fische und Scampi werden auf traditionelle Weise zubereitet. Das unverzichtbare in der Küche von Punat ist das Olivenöl, das weit über die Landesgrenzen bekannt ist. Beim Essen werden Sie vom guten lokalen Wein z. B. „Vrbniška žlahtina“ verwöhnt. Am Strand gibt es viele Restaurants, Konditoreien, Bäckereien und Cafes, wo sie in Ruhe einen Kaffee trinken können.
Nautik Der Jachthafen von Punat liegt in der Bucht von Punat und ist der älteste Jachthafen in der Adria. Mit einer modernen Infrastruktur zählt es zu den besten Jachthäfen im adriatischen Meer. Hier können Sie Motorboote verschiedener Dimensionen und Stärken mieten. Im Jachthafen gibt es auch einen Nautikshop, ein Restaurant und ein paar Cafes. Der Jachthafen bietet Anlegestellen und das Anheben/Absenken der Boote im Zentrum von Punat an.
Die Insel Krk besitzt natürliche Schönheiten und eine reiche kulturelle und geschichtliche Tradition. Besonders beliebt sind Ausflüge zur Insel Košljun, die in der Mitte der Bucht von Punat liegt. Auf der Insel steht ein Franziskanerkloster mit einem Museum mit zahlreichen Ausstellungsstücken. Die Insel Krk ist bekannt für zahlreiche weiße Sandstrände, zugänglich nur mit dem Boot. Sie können sich ein Taxi-Boot mieten, das Sie dorthin bringt. Es werden auch Panoramafahrten, ganztätige Ausflüge mit Baden, Angeln und Essen angeboten. Für Kunstliebhaber bieten sich zahlreiche Galerien an.
